Parce que je sais que vous parlez tout tres bien l'anglais, je continue en anglais
Un grand merci, ehhh, a big THANK YOU to all of you who made this weekend possible. Juerg and I already enjoyed the long drive through beautiful France: We enjoyed the delicious meals including wine (Luna enjoyed her visits in the kitchen
) and just hanging around and Jam or talk or listen.....
I enjoyed it so much to meet "real" players, alive, not just on my computer screen on skype or in a Forum. And there was time enough to ask and try and work on something.
I also found a victim who took care of my Mullen, Eric, he could not do much more this weekend than tune and screw and adjust.....
Thank you so much Lionel for the Master class, it was way cool.
If the very nice person who was willing to note the tablatures is ready to post them, we can start learing: Thank you so much for writing that down.
I told "my" guitar player how cool it was in Charlieu and he likes to come next year, too. And be part of the Charlieu Band.
Thank you for your patience with my playing. Thanks for not throwing
Finally I am happy I dared to play, so the first time is over. Good, the audience was kind of family.
To comfort me and Clement: at the Dallas Show in March, Paul Franklin played on the main stage. He forgot where in the song he was , stopped, started another song....and got lost in this one , too. He laughed and apoligized and started with something real easy - and again he had to interrupt because he had no idea where the melody would go....... I don't know how HE felt - but we all loved him because: if this happens to HIM, so why should we feel ashamed when it happens to us..... Well Patricks photos look great and please no videos on the web
Our thanks to Eric for all his organizing!
Thanks to Charlieu Community who provided us with a free camping place.
